The short version. If you give me your email address, I send you what you asked for and the weekly email. I do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anybody who wants to advertise at you.
I do not buy lists, I do not sell or rent your details, and I do not pass them to anyone who wants to advertise at you.
These are the companies that process data on my behalf. There are no others.
Some of these are in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the UK and the EEA. Those transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses, and on the EU-US and UK-US Data Privacy Framework where the company is certified under it.
You can ask me for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, ask me to restrict what I do with it, ask for it in a portable format, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email [email protected] and I will do it. No form, no hoops. I will answer within one month.
Withdrawing consent does not undo anything done before you withdrew it.
Tell me first and I will try to sort it. If that does not work, you can complain to a regulator. I am established in Spain, so the lead authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es). If you live in the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you live elsewhere in the EU you can complain to your own national authority.
The Honest Site Survey produces your result automatically from your answers, using fixed rules taken from Chapter 4 of my book. No AI reads your survey answers. The survey also offers an optional one-line box about what you keep putting off. That sentence never leaves your browser: it isn't saved, it isn't sent to me or to anyone else, and it isn't in your emailed result. It's used to put your result together on the page, and it's gone when you close it. The one exception is a plain word check that runs on your own device: if the sentence contains words suggesting you may be in danger, the survey shows you the help-first result instead, and only a yes or no for that is sent, never the words. It's a self-assessment, not a decision about you, and nothing legal or significant follows from it. Your answers are stored on your contact record, but nobody reviews them one by one and nothing alerts me to them. If you mark something as urgent, the result points you to free professional help. It isn't a crisis service and nobody is monitoring it.
The Personal Rebuild Plan is different, and I'd rather say so plainly. If you order one, AI (Anthropic's Claude) writes it from your survey and your written answers, using the methods in my book, and it's emailed to you automatically. Nobody reads your answers first. I'm only alerted if what you wrote suggests you may need more support than a plan can give, and in that case you get a note pointing you to proper help, and a refund, instead of a plan. It isn't a crisis service either.
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

The book is sold through Amazon, on Amazon's terms. The Personal Rebuild Plan is the one thing sold directly on this site: self-paced, with no coaching, no one-to-one work, no group calls and nothing therapy-shaped. The terms below apply to it and to anything else I sell here in future.
The Personal Rebuild Plan is a written 30-day plan, built from your Honest Site Survey and your own answers, emailed to you after you pay. These terms do not cover the book, which Amazon sells on its own terms.
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract exists when I send you the confirmation email with your access details. If something goes wrong at my end and I cannot supply it, I will refund you in full and that is the end of it.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Where VAT or IVA applies to a digital sale, it is included in the price you see. Your bank may charge you for the currency conversion, which is between you and them.
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material yourself, for as long as it exists. One payment, permanent access, including any corrections and additions I make later.
You may not resell it, share your login, upload it anywhere, redistribute it, teach from it as though it were yours, or use it to train an AI model.
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase and get your money back. Digital content is the exception. That right ends as soon as delivery begins, provided you expressly asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel by doing so.
That is what the second box before payment is for. Your plan is written and sent within minutes of paying, so ticking it asks for that and accepts that once the plan has been sent, the 14 days no longer apply. If you would rather keep the 14 days, email me before you order and I will hold your plan until they have passed.
There is no money-back guarantee on top of the statutory position above. I would rather be straight with you about that than dress up a promise I am quietly hoping you will not use. If something is genuinely broken, faulty or not as described, that is different, and your statutory rights apply in full. Write to me.

Spanish law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings in your own country's courts.

This site is close to static, so there is not much. What there is exists to tell me which pages get read, not to follow you around the internet.
No advertising pixel. The only optional thing is Microsoft Clarity, which shows me how pages get used: where people click, how far they scroll and where they give up. It only runs if you accept on the cookie bar. Decline and it never loads.

No adverts are running right now. When they are, their landing pages may sit on the same domain but be built separately, and they may carry a Meta advertising pixel and an attribution script, because that is how I can tell whether an advert was worth running. Neither one loads until you accept on the cookie bar. If you decline, they never load at all, and the only cost to you is that I lose count.
