This is the argument set out properly, in the order it actually happened, with the parts of my own story I do not put in videos.
Losing a seven-figure construction company in 2008. Losing a second business to Brexit. Seven countries, a school career that ended with no qualifications, and the specific, unglamorous work of putting a life back together more than once.
It is not a memoir, and I would not have written one. The story is only in there because it earns the method. Every chapter ends with something to do rather than something to feel.
A fresh start sounds like freedom. It is actually a demolition order.
If you have been told to think positive, find your passion, or simply want it more, this is the opposite of that book.
